We live in a tiny town called Clatskanie, Oregon. This town may be our roots, but we extend our reach all over the PNW, and wherever our clients need us. Our kit and studio is fully mobile and ready to go anywhere. Soon, we hope to find ourselves a studio space to work from, but for now, we stay mobile with a maximum travel fee of $1.50/mile traveled 1 way, with 25 to 50 miles included for free. When needed, additional lodging/flight costs can be added.
A: Photography, Videography, and Design and Branding services for small business, commercial business, couples, graduates, pets, equines, livestock, real estate, tourism, and passion projects. If you need something media related, we're probably up for the challenge!
A: We do have minimum non-refundable booking fees of 35% to 50% of your total package cost. Travel Fees are usually added onto the remaining payment, due on the day of the event or shoot. We also offer custom payment plans to spread the costs out over time. Final products are not delivered until final payments are complete.
A: You can contact us via the form on this website, by social media, or by emailing us at contact@lostlocalsmedia.com. We always begin conversations by assessing your project and overall needs. We’ll then guide you to the right package (or build a custom bundled package), and define our project scope and schedule. Following that, you’ll be prompted to fill out our online booking form, and sign our general service contract. Afterwards, you’ll be invoiced via email for our minimum non-refundable booking fees. After payment, you’ll be secured in our calendar, and officially be booked!
A: “On-the-job” training at its finest! We’ve been at this whole multimedia/art thing for most of our collective lives. As of 2025, as a full time career, we’ve been running Lost Locals Media for 7+ years. The “+” comes from a few extra years we each worked independently, prior to founding Lost Locals Media.
A: Yes! You’ll be offered the ability to read and review our general service contract upon booking a project with us.
A: We all do a bit of everything. If we didn’t, the business couldn’t function. As our business grows, this may change. Some are better at communication, some at marketing, some only work well with a camera in their hand. Until a point where those distinctions become clear, we both have our hands capably placed on every aspect of Lost Locals Media.

A: We offer both individual services and bundled packages, as well as subscription plans for convenience and cost savings. Take a look through our product pages to find pricing for each kind of project, or use our contact form for additional info on custom packages.
A: Payment is super basic with us! We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers, all through emailed Square invoices. We also accept checks and cash.
A: Yes, we can *generally* accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Availability for this service depends on our current workload. Please contact us for additional, project specific, info.
A: Yes, we are fully insured, which covers our equipment, liability, and professional indemnity.
